African Dance
A vibrant journey into the energy and rhythms of West Africa! Guided by traditional Malian rhythms and live drumming, we connect with the concepts of grounding, fluid movement, and community. We connect body, rhythm, and group energy, release tension, and come together in a non-stop celebration. Alongside the movement practice, participants will get to explore Malian culture and ethnic traditions, learn traditional songs, and dive into rhythm through movement.
Vinyasa & Hatha Yoga
A path to empowerment, inner peace, and well-being. Combining the grounding stability of Hatha Yoga with the fluid motion of Vinyasa synchronizes breath with movement. Designed to be welcoming and accessible to all bodies and experience levels, this practice helps release tension, build physical strength, relaxes the mind and reconnect with your inner self.
Chair Yoga
The healing power of yoga, accessible to every body! Using a chair for extra support, we practice gentle movements, strengthening exercises, and deep breathing with complete comfort and safety. This class is ideal for anyone seeking low-impact movement, relief from muscle tension, and improved posture, proving that self-care knows no bounds.
Art Class
A creative workshop for exploring and experimenting with visual arts! In each series, we dive into different techniques (such as collage, linocut, and mixed media) discovering new ways to express ourselves. A welcoming space to unwind, experiment with materials, develop your unique artistic style and create purely for the joy of it, free from the pressure of perfection!
Drink & Paint
Join the most creative and relaxing night out of the month! Grab your drink, pick up a paintbrush and let your imagination run wild. Each session features a unique theme where we experiment with colors, techniques and ideas in a warm, welcoming free space. No prior experience needed! Just show up ready to paint, sip your drink or tea, snack on the treats provided, mingle, chat, and enjoy the ultimate artistic soirée of the month!
Ethnic Singing Circle
A monthly gathering focused on voice, rhythm, and community! We explore traditional songs and rhythms from around the globe as well as Greece. We sing together, experiment with our voices and follow the rhythm with a variety of percussion instruments. No prior experience or music background needed! This workshop is open to anyone who wants to share the joy of singing and making music together.
